Am curious how did anyone nice get Diabetes Type 2?  Let’s call this creepy guy “D2”.  Well I am writing this blog to share how we can find that key to unlock the door to sunshine, happiness and robust activities and be in the age of youthfulness without those threatening consequences of D2!

Well, everything I believe starts with ourselves.  If you don’t light a fire, there won’t be a fire.  Simple.  But some of us will say my circumstances are unique and that caused me to have D2 – my dear friend, if you are not in CONTROL then your life will be in the hands of medical practitioners who are great people but they are no GOD, so be prepared for a life of being experimented on for what works, what doesn’t, what causes side effects and gosh… you may be heading to the deeper end of the pool if your immunity collapses.  You got to sit up and look at what is happening to your life because you are IN CHARGE.  You can change that tide if you genuinely want to get rid of D2! It is about TIME you love yourself.

Don’t give other irritating people or circumstances permission to upset you – yeah, not easy but you can try, for example, imagine there are horrible people haunting you daily. Put on your thinking cap and find a way to draw them away from you quickly before you turn into a ball of fire!!  Or you get out of the room to “break the pattern” so to speak and move away from that anxiety, anger, fear or sorrow…

I gathered some of the signs and symptoms of type 1 & 2 diabetes as follows:

  • Increased thirst
  • Frequent urination
  • Extreme hunger
  • Unexplained weight loss
  • Fatigue
  • Irritability
  • Blurred vision
  • Slow-healing sores
  • Frequent infections, such as gums or skin infections and vaginal infections
  • Presence of ketones in the urine (ketones are a by-product of the breakdown of muscle and fat that happens when there is not enough available insulin)

Honestly, I think I, myself, do self-sabotage when I get upset or if someone needles me badly. I just pile in and consume food that are unhealthy or keep playing mental records of negative thoughts which are totally unreal!  If we let our bad lifestyle choices continue unabated, then the inevitable undesirable results will consume us – so fight to be fit and let God set things right in our bodies 🙂  So here are the habits and situations we must eliminate gradually and for some areas quickly:

  • Late nights, little sleep, stress, perfectionism, drinking, smoking, eating odd hours, devouring fried and fast foods, working long hours on the computer, absorbing all that radiation from the equipment and taking on more tasks than we can handle, no time to exercise daily and have no breaks!

We, as intelligent beings, know instinctively what is good for our health – JUST DO IT!
