What a cool adventure, brisk and well organised as our leader Sam, master in the art of Ho Ho Ha Ha, a Humour guru, took us off in a cool comfortable bus in January 2025, to our neighbouring city, Johore Bahru.

Having our hair and nails done within an hour or two, or a relaxing massage and some quick shopping & lunches around the grand malls at a fraction of Singapore prices!

We had our first taste of barbeque coconut and it is very interesting as the locals take time to bbq those coconuts. It had a unique taste, warm & very pleasant too.

As the evening began to fall we were whisked off to a distance kelong seafood restaurant and it was the most delicious meal ever eaten. Lastly we enjoyed playing with fireworks in their compound! This will never be allowed in Singapore. We were totally exhausted by 8pm but carried with us such a memorable night out with our Silver Hair Club members. See you all in our next trip overseas!!
