The company will refund the cost price of any product order purchased upon the following conditions:

1. That the Company received notification of the member’s intention in writing within 7 days of the date appearing on the invoice.

2. That the returned products are in complete original packing & resaleable condition.

3. That the Company has approved the shipping of the goods.

4. That all freight charges are at the applicant’s expense.

5. That there is adequate proof of purchase.

6. That a 20% handling fee will be deducted.
