That all shipping and freight costs are to be paid by the applicant.

That the goods returned are in complete original packing and have not less than half of their

shelf life unexpired as at the date of receipt by the Company.

That the goods are accompanied by proof of purchase ie. with original invoice.

Exchange value will be calculated based on the original purchase price less any discounts or

any benefits given earlier.
